Senior Recruiter – Montreal (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support our client’s Montreal manufacturing and warehouse operations. This full‑cycle recruiting position is 100 % onsite and focuses on both salaried and hourly, non‑exempt roles in a unionized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bilingual (French & English) recruiting support for manufacturing and warehouse sites.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for salaried and hourly positions, handling urgent and ongoing hiring needs.
• Partner with senior leaders, front‑line staff and union representatives to understand talent requirements.
• Screen, interview and coordinate candidates in both languages.
• Create and review bilingual job postings and offer letters, ensuring compliance with Quebec regulations.
• Support fast‑paced hiring cycles and short‑term coverage as required.
• Collaborate closely with hiring teams, delivering onsite expertise and guidance.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the Canadian market.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and operational staff.
• Experience recruiting for unionized manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong English communication.
• Willingness to work onsite in Montreal five days a week.
• Comfortable handling urgent and short‑term hiring needs.
