Senior Project Manager – Wealth Portfolio

About the role

CI is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex, cross‑functional initiatives within its Wealth portfolio. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring scope, schedule and budget align with enterprise priorities while providing executive visibility and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery, maintaining scope, schedule and budget.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and tracking artifacts.
• Facilitate steering committees and stakeholder status meetings, delivering concise updates for executive audiences.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and dependencies, executing mitigation strategies and escalating as needed.
• Coordinate between business teams, IT, vendors and third‑party partners to ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to junior project managers and coordinators.
• Support consistent application of PMO standards and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
• Proven experience engaging senior executives and steering committees.
• Strong background in project governance, risk management and delivery methodologies.
