Senior Project Manager – Water Treatment

About the role

Veolia’s Water Technology Business is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex water treatment projects for industrial clients. The role oversees the full project lifecycle from contract signing through design, procurement, fabrication, installation and startup, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all project activities from contract signature to startup.
• Develop and maintain realistic plans for scope, budget, schedule and milestones.
• Organise contract execution and define clear project objectives.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to meet contractual and technical requirements.
• Monitor progress, communicate status, and manage client and vendor expectations.
• Escalate issues that could impact cost, schedule, scope or quality.

Required profile

• Strong engineering foundation with knowledge of water treatment design and operation.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coach individuals.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple shifting demands with professionalism and good judgment.
• Experience working in a networked, flexible environment with many stakeholders.
