Senior Project Manager – ICI Ground‑Up Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale ICI ground‑up construction projects valued between $100M and $300M. You will be responsible for delivering institutional, commercial, and industrial builds from pre‑construction through close‑out while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of $100M‑$300M ICI ground‑up projects, from planning to handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, procurement, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, including Project Managers, Coordinators, Superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution strategies.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation for compliance.
• Lead tendering, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Provide accurate reporting to senior leadership and support project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on large‑scale ICI construction projects.
• Strong background in ground‑up construction for institutional, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Deep understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, procurement, and project controls.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
