Senior Programmatic Account Manager – Montreal

About the role

Klever, the Human Ad Tech Company, is seeking a Senior Programmatic Account Manager to join its Montreal team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering data‑driven programmatic solutions that drive growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing optimization, while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Craft winning proposals and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with speed and accuracy.
• Develop data‑based recommendations, define measurable metrics, and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate ongoing value.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of programmatic account management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven sales acumen with a track record of upselling existing clients.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with DSPs, specifically DV360 and CM360.
• Knowledge of programmatic channels such as display, native, audio, CTV/OTT, YouTube, and DOOH.
• Expertise in audience segmentation and building audience personas.
