Senior Program Manager

About the role

StickerYou is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead its strategic "Factory in a Box" transformation initiative. This cross‑functional program will create a repeatable manufacturing model that can be deployed across multiple locations, integrating equipment, software, cloud services, logistics, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the Factory in a Box program from initiation through go‑live.
• Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap, master schedule, milestones, and critical path.
• Coordinate workstreams, manage dependencies, and facilitate executive decision‑making.
• Monitor program health, scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive accountability while fostering collaboration among workstream owners.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary transformation programs.
• Strong ability to lead through influence rather than direct technical authority.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Flexibility to adjust effort from part‑time (≈10 hrs/week) to full‑time during critical phases.
