Senior Product Manager, SAP Distribution & Transportation

About the role

Arc’teryx is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Distribution & Transportation capabilities. You will work closely with logistics, retail, finance and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that support global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, multi‑year roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on value, risk and complexity.
• Lead discovery workshops, business process blueprinting and align scope with enterprise architecture.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of SAP S/4 Distribution & Transportation projects, including change requests and major transformation programs.
• Govern testing standards, support models and monitor system performance, adoption and business value.
• Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships and support training, release readiness and global logistics adoption.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering SAP ERP solutions, product management or enterprise systems leadership.
• 8+ years focused on Distribution & Transportation processes, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps, lead cross‑functional delivery and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA (Logistics, FMS, AFS)
• SAP EWM, SD, MM, GTS, ShipERP (preferred)
• Integration with warehouse automation and 3PL systems
• Experience with SAP testing, support and performance monitoring
