Senior Product Manager – Digital Banking Platform

About the role

Relay is a digital banking platform helping self‑made business owners gain clarity and control over their cash flow. As a Senior Product Manager you will own a major product area, taking new features from concept to launch and scaling existing solutions that empower thousands of SMBs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product development for core banking, risk, AI insights, payroll or similar areas.
• Define vision, roadmap and KPIs, and ship high‑quality products in partnership with design and engineering.
• Drive integrations with banking, accounting and payment platforms to improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Data, Operations, Sales, Marketing and CX to ensure reliable, secure, and well‑adopted releases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products at scale.
• Strong data competency; able to self‑serve metrics and write basic SQL queries.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments while bringing structure and clarity.

What we offer

• Annual salary range $162,000–$198,000 CAD.
