Senior Product Designer – FME Flow

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer for FME Flow, you will closely collaborate with product management and software development to create intuitive, effective solutions for complex technical workflows. Your design work will span the full lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through to polished delivery, including planning and conducting user research to validate decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design process for product initiatives, from discovery workshops to final handoff and QA.
• Collaborate with product managers and technical stakeholders to scope features, align vision, and influence roadmap decisions.
• Champion human‑centered design by gathering and applying user research, usability testing, and data‑driven insights.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, creating reusable components that support AI‑assisted workflows.
• Design and document complex technical workflows for developers, data engineers, and analysts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UX/product design experience with enterprise or technical B2B products.
• Proven ability to advocate for human‑centered, evidence‑based design decisions to stakeholders at any level.
• Hands‑on experimentation with AI tools in research synthesis, prototyping, or generation.
• Experience translating complex technical information into intuitive user experiences.
