About the Position

Join Silent-Aire as a Senior Plant Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our manufacturing excellence. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, and overall management of our plant operations to ensure high-quality production and sustainable growth.

Main Missions

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all plant operations and production teams.
• Supervise and develop production personnel to foster professional growth and optimize performance.
• Drive revenue growth and product quality through effective operational management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal department heads.
• Ensure full compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and site security.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and workforce management.
• Implement and uphold 'Zero Harm' and 'Zero Defect' cultures across all facilities.
• Apply and optimize Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
