Senior Mobile Engineer – Agentic Payments

About the role

Snaplii is building the next generation of AI‑native payment experiences. As a Senior Mobile Engineer you will shape the mobile foundation of Agentic Payments, enabling AI agents to initiate and complete real‑world transactions securely.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects end‑to‑end, from ideation and technical planning through development, testing and deployment.
• Proactively identify technical challenges, propose innovative solutions and implement them without waiting for direction.
• Communicate clearly with product managers, designers and engineers to align on requirements and technical approaches.
• Design, develop and maintain high‑performance cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop, integrate and optimise native modules in Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift/Objective‑C for iOS when React Native is insufficient.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate complex product requirements into seamless mobile experiences.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across JavaScript and native layers, continuously improving performance, stability and responsiveness.
• Prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently and produce detailed technical plans before development.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and shipping cross‑platform mobile applications at scale.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills for inter‑team collaboration.
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliver high‑quality code.
