Senior Media Manager

About the role

P&G is seeking a Senior Media Manager to join its Toronto office. In this full‑time position you will drive local media strategies and lead tactical planning for a portfolio of consumer‑goods brands.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand briefs into strategic, cross‑channel media plans covering Digital, TV, Print, Audio and more.
• Utilise syndicated planning tools to generate reports, derive insights and align media tactics with brand objectives.
• Manage a Digital Campaign Manager, ensuring digital campaigns are executed on schedule and in line with brand plans.
• Provide ongoing data‑driven optimisation recommendations and identify innovative media opportunities.
• Oversee media operations including budget stewardship, media buying, performance verification and budget actualisation.
• Coordinate daily with brand teams and agency partners, handling timing, asset needs and communication.
• Build team capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 8+ years of media planning experience with deep knowledge of all media vehicles, especially digital.
• Proven ability to use industry‑standard planning tools and data sets to create data‑driven media plans.
• Strong analytical background with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities.
• Familiarity with buying processes across TV, publishing, programmatic, social and search.
• Previous coaching or people‑management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
