Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

JumpxGogh, a PE‑backed IFS professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale its demand‑generation engine. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Alliances, you will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and drive measurable pipeline impact across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run a measurable lead‑generation engine including outbound, nurture programs, thought‑leadership, vertical and event campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and website‑driven follow‑up.
• Own the JumpxGogh website strategy, roadmap, messaging, landing pages, conversion paths and lead capture.
• Lead the brand and website launch, delivering commercially‑focused assets, sales enablement, and customer‑facing content.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, managing each campaign from concept through performance reporting.
• Translate IFS delivery expertise into clear market positioning and messaging for ERP, Service Management, FSM, EAM, and PSO solutions.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, buyer problems, funnel stages and sales motions.
• Oversee SEO, AEO and overall digital visibility to maximize organic reach.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in demand generation and B2B marketing within enterprise software or professional services.
• Deep understanding of the IFS platform (ERP, EAM, Service Management, FSM, PSO).
• Track record of building and optimizing lead‑generation funnels that directly contribute to sales pipeline.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, business development and subject‑matter experts.
