Senior Manager, Sales & Customer Office

About the role

Zurich Canada is seeking a Senior Manager for its Sales & Customer Office to turn broker and customer feedback into actionable insight, coordinate internal campaigns and support day‑to‑day execution across the sales organization. Reporting to the VP, Sales & Customer Office, the role blends analytical work, program delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and continuously improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) reporting for Canada, turning quantitative and qualitative feedback into clear insights and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver targeted internal underwriting campaigns such as Customer Rockstar, managing reporting, communications and scorecards.
• Coordinate market insights reporting and ensure consistent, accessible customer information across the business.
• Provide project and coordination support for broker proposition initiatives, marketing projects, sales events and learning programs.
• Support governance‑related reporting, process documentation and recurring business activities as assigned by the VP.
• Assist with internal sales campaigns, enablement activities and stakeholder reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and six or more years of experience in sales.
• Six+ years in customer experience, sales enablement, distribution operations, program coordination or business analysis.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret feedback and translate it into business insight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive‑ready presentations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience using SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
