Senior Manager, Procurement

About the role

Accor is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead strategic sourcing across its indirect spend categories. You will partner with business units, owners and internal stakeholders to drive value, ensure compliance with global procurement policies and support the deployment of the Coupa Procure‑to‑Pay platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, business units and internal stakeholders, influencing executive decisions.
• Plan and execute sourcing projects, defining goals, timelines, roles and a project‑management cadence.
• Apply contemporary sourcing methods such as total cost of ownership, e‑Auctions, should‑cost models and raw‑material index agreements.
• Create implementation and communication plans, ensuring all impacted parties are involved.
• Quantify results, document outcomes and report performance, contract expirations and supplier issues to key stakeholders.
• Maintain deep category expertise across indirect spend (Financial Services, Technology, HR, Telecom, Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, Travel, Consulting, etc.).
• Implement Accor’s global procurement policy in partnership with finance.
• Support Coupa tool deployment for the region and drive user adoption.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong executive influencing and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex sourcing projects from definition to delivery.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimisation and results measurement.
