Senior Manager, Internal Audit

About the role

Bell is seeking a Senior Manager for its Internal Audit function to provide independent, risk‑based assurance across the enterprise. You will work closely with senior leaders and the Audit Committee, using advanced audit techniques and data analytics to support strategic decision‑making and strengthen controls.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit and advisory engagements, focusing on business operations and emerging risks.
• Prepare concise audit reports and communicate key risk implications to business leaders.
• Lead responsible AI and automation initiatives to improve audit quality and efficiency.
• Conduct annual Audit Universe Risk Assessments and contribute to the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Report findings and action plans to Executive Management and the Audit Committee.
• Monitor remediation of audit findings and support timely corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodology, processes, and systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, controls, compliance, or business advisory.
• Professional accounting or audit designation such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, or CRMA.
