Senior Manager, Employee Communications (Hybrid)

About the role

The Senior Manager, Employee Communications leads the planning and delivery of internal communications that keep employees informed, connected, and engaged with Central 1’s strategy, culture, and purpose. Working closely with Marketing, People & Culture and business leaders, you will guide a small team to create a clear, consistent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise‑wide internal communications strategies aligned with business priorities, transformation initiatives, and the culture blueprint.
• Craft a compelling strategic narrative that is woven across all internal channels, leadership messages, and employee touchpoints.
• Provide trusted counsel to senior leaders on messaging, employee engagement, and communication approaches.
• Anticipate employee information needs and ensure proactive, transparent, and timely communication.
• Partner with People & Culture and Marketing to amplify the employer brand and employee value proposition.
• Support leaders with messaging frameworks, toolkits, and guidance for team communication.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and alignment during periods of change.
• Oversee channel strategy and content creation to maximize reach and impact.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading internal communications functions, preferably in a large or regulated organization.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing a small communications team.
