Senior Manager – Compilation Engagements

About the role
Our client is looking for a Senior Manager to lead compilation engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients in the Greater Toronto Area. The role combines technical accounting expertise with strong leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in line with applicable standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of compilation engagements.
- Review and finalize working papers and financial statements prepared by staff and managers.
- Provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship to a team of accountants and junior managers.
- Monitor job budgets, billing, and profitability on assigned engagements.
Required profile
- CPA designation.
- 7–10 years of progressive public practice experience, with a strong focus on compilation engagements.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and client engagements.
