Senior Manager, Business Process Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead process transformation and technical delivery across Global Product Control. You will translate executive vision into actionable strategies, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable business value through modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BPM strategy: analyze, re‑engineer and automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage program delivery: oversee IT pipelines, ensure timely delivery of scalable technology solutions, and prioritize workstreams.
• Drive large‑scale transformation: champion finance modernization, develop change‑management plans and secure stakeholder adoption.
• Lead cross‑functional teams: build, motivate and influence teams across departments and senior leadership.
• Establish governance: create structures for risk management, issue resolution and performance monitoring using PowerBI, Confluence and JIRA.
• Stakeholder engagement: act as trusted advisor to executive leadership and department heads, gathering requirements and ensuring buy‑in.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Finance, Accounting or Product Control, with 2–3 years in process improvement or operational transformation.
• Proven track record leading transformation initiatives and technical delivery programs.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• PowerBI for business intelligence reporting.
• JIRA and Confluence for project and performance tracking.
• Process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN editors).
• Automation platforms for workflow and process automation.
