Senior Manager, AI-Native Full Stack Developer

About the role

Accenture is seeking a hands‑on technical leader who can design, build and deliver end‑to‑end AI‑enabled solutions. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, embed AI‑native development tools and autonomous agents throughout the software lifecycle, and ensure secure, production‑grade outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of full‑stack, cloud, data and AI components for AI‑enabled solutions.
• Design and implement reusable AI agents that automate software‑engineering workflows.
• Champion AI‑native development practices across design, coding, testing, documentation and delivery.
• Ensure solutions follow secure design, CI/CD, observability and operational readiness standards.
• Define evaluation metrics for accuracy, latency, safety, reliability and cost.
• Shape data and knowledge foundations, including ontologies, retrieval and graph‑based patterns.
• Conduct client workshops, proofs of concept and code‑with sessions as a trusted technical advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience building and shipping full‑stack, distributed or cloud‑native systems, with technical leadership.
• Proven ability to lead client‑facing technical delivery and guide teams in AI‑native practices.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and fluency in English.
