Senior IT Support Specialist – Windows & Mac Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our fast‑moving IT team in Toronto. You will provide high‑quality, on‑site and remote support to end users, including VIPs and senior stakeholders, while managing the security and deployment of Windows and Mac environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support, ensuring rapid issue resolution for all users.
• Record and monitor support tickets in the help‑desk system (Jira) and follow escalation procedures.
• Manage Windows 11 and macOS builds, maintain hardware inventory and device lifecycle.
• Administer OKTA for identity and access management.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint) and maintain related configurations.
• Utilise deployment tools such as Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, and other endpoint management solutions for configuration, scripting and rollout.
• Collaborate with IT on technology rollouts, testing and deployment of new systems and applications.
• Ensure endpoints and images meet security and compliance standards.
• Provide maintenance and support for AV and video‑conferencing equipment.

Required profile

• Proactive and experienced senior‑level IT support professional.
• Strong technical expertise with Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with VIPs and senior stakeholders.
• Adaptability to a fast‑changing environment and willingness to take ownership of delivery and security.
