Senior & Intermediate Software Developer (Canada)

About the role

We are seeking senior and intermediate software developers to join a fast-growing product-focused engineering team building modern SaaS solutions for organisations. Based in Canada, you will work in a collaborative, agile environment where you own features end-to-end and help shape product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality web and cloud-based features using test-driven development.
• Participate in pull-request reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
• Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues and support customer-related technical challenges.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, standards and best practices.
• Collaborate on project planning, estimation, scheduling and delivery.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates and foster continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience for intermediate level or 6-8+ years for senior level.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Proactive problem-solver with a passion for product development and startups.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals such as performance, data structures and system design.

Required skills

• React or other web application development frameworks.
• Microsoft Teams apps, SharePoint SPFx or Google Workspace add-ons.
• C#.NET, TypeScript and Visual Studio.
• Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure B2C, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, SQL Server, Blob Storage).
