Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will support ACCIONA’s Canadian operations from the Mississauga office, delivering practical HR solutions in a fast‑paced environment. This hands‑on role combines strategic partnership with operational execution, working closely with managers, employees, and the Talent Operations Director to drive people initiatives and day‑to‑day HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner, building strong relationships and providing solution‑oriented guidance to managers and employees.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of HR initiatives, including audits, employer certification programs and strategic projects.
• Coordinate and manage core HR processes to ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Lead or support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and representation of ACCIONA at career fairs and industry events.
• Provide informal coaching to junior HR team members and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives.
• Maintain high responsiveness to a wide range of HR matters while balancing multiple priorities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience partnering with managers and employees in a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.
