Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Buildings & Infrastructure Americas team. The role will support sales and proposal initiatives by transforming complex concepts into clear, compelling visual communications for both print and digital formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic graphic design solutions for winning proposals, sales materials, and presentations, including long‑form layouts, PowerPoint decks, storyboards, covers, brochures, illustrations, interactive PDFs, ads, and digital media.
• Lead visual development during client interviews, creating sketches and concepts in real time.
• Collaborate with proposal team members and technical staff to strengthen messaging and enhance the overall impact of Jacobs’ offerings.
• Produce high‑quality graphics that align with diverse client perspectives and market requirements.

• Highly creative and innovative with a proactive, team‑player mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet critical deadlines.
• Prepared to provide a portfolio link or PDF samples showcasing layout, graphics, and presentation work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats.
