Senior Director, Financial Reporting

About the role

Ocean Capital is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Reporting to partner with the Senior Vice President of Finance and the senior leadership team. The role oversees accounting and reporting across the portfolio, supports budgeting and strategic planning, and drives process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial results against KPIs.
• Develop the annual budget and contribute to long‑term strategic planning.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives, including data‑process automation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the accounting and reporting team.
• Guide finance teams in operating businesses on accounting and reporting standards to ensure consistency.
• Oversee the annual financial reporting cycle and maintain strong reporting standards across all businesses.

• Proven ability to deliver strategic financial reporting while maintaining operational discipline.
