Senior DevOps Engineer (SRE) – Montreal (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong Site Reliability Engineering focus to join our Montreal team. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and supports a global Follow‑The‑Sun model.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure stability and availability of the software factory’s services and tools while meeting platform SLA.
• Operate services in compliance with security regulations and communicate incidents and releases effectively.
• Assist application teams in adopting CI/CD best practices and support tool usage.
• Develop prototypes, run POCs for new tools, and maintain existing tooling and environments.
• Automate support tasks, create chatbot solutions, and contribute to Azure public cloud evolution.
• Define and track monitoring KPIs (SLOs/SLAs/SLIs) and produce documentation.
• Act as the regional (AMER) CI/CD tools expert, providing guidance and participating in community activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with software factory tools (development or administration).
• Strong autonomy, ability to lead meetings with users and stakeholders, and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability across complex environments, and results‑driven attitude.
• Client‑centric approach with proven collaboration in international teams.
