About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust cloud environments that power our digital products. You will ensure high availability, reliability, and security of our AWS‑based systems while driving automation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement, and support cloud infrastructure on AWS (and optionally Azure or Google Cloud).
Monitor application performance, create safeguards for data integrity, and respond to incidents.
Automate deployment pipelines, package releases, and operational processes using CI/CD tools.
Develop and manage Amazon Connect contact‑center solutions, including call flows, recordings, and AI integrations.
Implement cloud security models covering IAM, network security, encryption, and compliance.
Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and system specifications.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

10+ years of software development and delivery experience, with at least 5 years focused on AWS.
Strong background in Linux environments (CentOS, Ubuntu, CoreOS).
Hands‑on experience with web stacks such as LAMP, MEAN, Drupal, and Elasticsearch.
Proven ability to work with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) and build systems (Maven, Jenkins).

Required skills

AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora, Redshift, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, etc.).
Infrastructure‑as‑Code and DevOps tools (Git, GitLab, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Docker).
Scripting languages: Python, Bash, PHP, Java, JavaScript, Node.js.
CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
Monitoring, logging, and security best practices.
Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Contact Lens, and AI integration.
