Senior Designer – Visual Storyteller (Toronto)

About the role

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Toronto office for a 1‑year fixed‑term assignment covering parental leave. The role focuses on turning briefs into compelling visual assets across digital, social, print and experiential channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create static and animated graphics for social platforms such as Instagram, X and LinkedIn, ensuring each asset is optimized for its channel.
• Develop print, branding, presentation decks and experiential design materials that align with global brand standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of design trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while communicating progress to managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio of visual storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting concepts to internal and external partners.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Fluent use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
