Senior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead visual storytelling for our clients’ social‑first campaigns. Working remotely, you will translate brand strategy, consumer insights and campaign briefs into authentic, inclusive designs that cut through crowded feeds.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive visual direction for social‑first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Create platform‑native assets for social, digital display, CRM, OOH and POS, ensuring brand consistency and high production standards.
• Art‑direct photography, video and content shoots, shaping styling and composition to reflect the client’s brand world.
• Mentor and guide a team of designers and content creators, fostering a culture of social‑first excellence.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, social media managers and client brand teams to deliver integrated, insight‑driven campaign assets.
• Integrate generative AI tools thoughtfully into the creative workflow to boost efficiency and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in visual design for social and digital media.
• Strong conceptual thinking combined with hands‑on design execution.
• Ability to lead, mentor and raise the standard of a multidisciplinary design studio.
• Inclusive design mindset with a focus on authenticity and brand purpose.

Required skills

• Experience using generative AI tools in the creative process.
