Senior Designer

About the role

GALE is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creative execution for one of its most dynamic accounts – Uber. This hybrid, hands‑on position blends product and brand design, allowing you to shape global design systems, craft in‑app experiences, and direct AI‑assisted visual productions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale Uber’s global design systems and component libraries.
• Design in‑app experiences and feature flows in partnership with product and UX teams.
• Create lifecycle and CRM creative for email, push, and in‑app messaging at scale.
• Develop social‑first, platform‑native content that moves audiences in feed.
• Concept, art‑direct, and produce AI‑assisted and generative imagery, integrating it with traditional production.
• Design video and motion assets for campaigns and social, from storyboards to final delivery.
• Ensure typographic, layout, color, and visual quality consistency across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience designing both brand and product experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on global design systems and in‑app interfaces.
• Ability to translate strategy and brand guidelines into scalable, high‑performing designs.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with creative leadership, copy, strategy, data, product, and account teams.
