Senior CRM Functional Consultant (Quebec)

About the role

This role involves designing and implementing custom CRM solutions for financial services clients. You will develop system architectures, process maps, and low‑level designs while translating business needs into functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to banks and credit unions to optimize operations using CRM automation.
• Analyze client business processes to identify requirements and CRM optimization opportunities.
• Develop training materials, deliver workshops, and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Automate repetitive tasks and create workflows to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.
• Design robust CRM system architectures and detailed designs based on client requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery of CRM initiatives.
• Bridge strategic planning with hands‑on implementation, build release plans, and ensure quality through testing.
• Contribute to business application development, mentor junior consultants, and support CRM practice growth.
• Resolve complex project challenges and manage conflict in dynamic client situations.

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business process concepts and project lifecycles.
• Valid CRM certification.
• Proven ability to lead strategic discussions and manage client relationships.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Extensive experience implementing CRM solutions in the financial services industry (banks and credit unions).
