Senior Corporate Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Project Manager to lead large‑scale IT and business initiatives within our Corporate Governance department. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, ensuring projects align with our mission of safe, inclusive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT and business projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts such as statements of work, work breakdown structures, and detailed project plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; execute re‑baseline actions when needed.
• Coordinate dependencies across functional groups and corporate project managers.
• Provide transparent status reporting and communicate risks, issues, and changes to the PMO.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• 8+ years of proven experience managing large‑scale IT and business projects.
• Deep understanding of corporate project governance principles.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with both agile and traditional change‑management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
