Senior Community Developer – Assassin’s Creed

About the role

Ubisoft is looking for a Senior Community Developer to lead global community engagement for the Assassin’s Creed franchise. You will shape how players interact with the brand, drive retention, and influence game development through direct feedback and creative content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute community strategies that align with production and marketing goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication to ensure consistent messaging across all regions.
• Create and manage player‑focused content such as blogs, podcasts, interviews, and infographics.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the brand, organizing studio visits, developer dialogues, and tournaments.
• Partner with Social Media managers to define KPIs and report on community program ROI.
• Support beta tests, launches, and post‑launch updates, advocating for player experience.
• Gather and analyse player feedback to inform production and publishing decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading community initiatives for live‑service or AAA games.
• Strong understanding of player communication cycles and retention tactics.
• Excellent collaboration skills with production, publishing, and marketing teams.
• Ability to work with distributed international teams and build trust with global audiences.
