Senior Civil Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead large‑scale, multi‑phase infrastructure projects across British Columbia. This fully remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere in the province while requiring up to 50% travel to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex civil construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets are met.
• Oversee and mentor Project Managers and field teams, providing guidance on execution strategy, risk mitigation, and delivery.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and profitability across multiple concurrent projects.
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships as the senior point of contact.
• Support contract negotiations, major change orders, and high‑level commercial decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement strategies.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in civil construction project management with a proven record of delivering large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Willingness to travel throughout British Columbia up to 50% of the time.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• PMP or equivalent designation is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
