Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Join the team building a trusted internet for Canadians. As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at CIRA you will help advance the CIRA Registry Platform and deliver high‑quality data solutions that support internal teams and international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support end‑to‑end business intelligence solutions, including data warehouses, ETL pipelines and reporting dashboards.
• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders, define technical solutions and provide ongoing production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, ETL and reporting issues across national and international environments.
• Contribute to BI architecture, standards, documentation and participate in CI/CD and Agile development processes.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions.
• Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and advanced SQL query optimization.
• Proven ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable data products.
