Senior Analyst, Source to Pay Operations

About the role

The Sr. Analyst, Source to Pay (S2P) Operations provides day-to-day operational support across the S2P lifecycle so that end users and suppliers have a smooth, efficient experience. As a first point of contact for S2P questions and issues, the analyst helps resolve inquiries and escalates complex ones. The role ensures order and invoice requests are handled accurately and consistently, with a focus on delivering white-glove Procure to Pay (P2P) service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational inquiries on requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier onboarding and payments, and act as the main contact for end users and suppliers
• Monitor and manage support queues, identify escalations and coordinate with platform support, procurement and finance teams
• Convert finalized contracts or sourcing outputs into requisitions, validate terms, pricing and category alignment, and create accurate purchase requisitions with correct accounting, cost centers, tax treatment and supplier information
• Track approval workflows, communicate status updates to requesters, issue purchase orders and notify stakeholders and suppliers
• Initiate and manage email confirmations for goods receipts or invoice validation, and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Help users navigate procurement systems, contribute to process documentation, job aids and FAQs, and give feedback on recurring issues
• Collaborate with procurement, finance and platform support teams, support testing and cutover activities, and recommend process improvements

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations, finance operations or shared services
• Strong customer service orientation, able to support internal users and external suppliers
• Able to handle multiple requests in a high-volume environment, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Reliable, responsive and service-oriented, comfortable following defined processes while handling daily variability

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes
• Preferred: experience with procurement or P2P systems such as Ivalua, and with ticketing or workflow tools such as ServiceNow
• Preferred: experience in a large enterprise or regulated environment
