Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Retail (Holiday)

About the role

We are seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support our Levi’s® store at Upper Canada Mall during the busy holiday period. The role involves delivering excellent customer service and helping maintain a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting and assisting shoppers.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation standards, replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Follow all Levi’s® store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing (with reasonable accommodation if needed).
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
