Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Retail (Edmonton)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a friendly and energetic Seasonal Store Sales Associate to help drive sales during the busy holiday period at its Edmonton outlet. This part‑time role involves direct interaction with customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting the team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting shoppers and offering assistance.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation standards, replenishing merchandise, and performing general housekeeping.
• Bag customer purchases at the register and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Adhere to all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from store management.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support store operations.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
