Seasonal Stock Associate (Part‑Time)

About the role

Are you looking for a part‑time job and have a passion for chocolate? Lindt is hiring a Seasonal Stock Associate to join its retail team of chocolate ambassadors. You will work at the Lindt shop in the Don Mills area, supporting the store’s inventory and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive shipments and prepare transfers to keep the stockroom organized.
• Maintain a clean, tidy stockroom and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked.
• Assist associates in retrieving merchandise and act as a brand ambassador for Lindt products.
• Support cash handling, inventory duties, and corporate gifting tasks.
• Help the team achieve sales targets and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail and stock management experience.
• Proven work experience as a retail sales associate or similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work flexible shifts (Thu mornings, Fri night, Sat & Sun).
• High school diploma and solid communication skills.
• Basic understanding of customer service practices and inventory procedures.
• Friendly, energetic personality with a focus on customer service.
