Seasonal Shuttle & Parking Supervisor

About the role

The Seasonal Shuttle & Parking Supervisor leads the day‑to‑day operations of the shuttle, parking and luggage services at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park during the busy summer season. This hands‑on role ensures a safe, efficient and welcoming arrival and departure experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Shuttle & Parking teams, stepping in to assist with parking, shuttle and luggage operations as needed.
• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and address questions, concerns or special requests promptly.
• Coordinate with shuttle drivers, tour operators, escorts and internal departments to manage guest arrivals, departures and overflow parking during peak periods.
• Monitor traffic flow in parking lots, shuttle loading zones and bus areas to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Oversee luggage storage and handling, ensuring guest belongings are managed securely.
• Maintain clean, organized and presentation‑ready front‑of‑house areas, including signage and way‑finding.
• Lead by example, provide coaching, communicate daily priorities and safety information, and support onboarding and training of seasonal staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising a team in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Ability to remain calm and solution‑oriented during busy periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests, drivers, tour operators and internal teams.
• Commitment to promoting a safety‑first culture for both guests and staff.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of traffic and crowd management principles.
