About the role

Apple Retail is looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Specialists to join our Toronto store on a part‑time basis. You will help customers discover Apple products and services, creating lasting brand loyalty while delivering an experience that only Apple can provide.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Apple solutions.
• Present product features, purchase options, and services, and educate customers on how to own Apple devices.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Apple product releases, services, and sales processes.
• Support teammates by sharing product knowledge and assisting in other store areas as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and follow store guidance.

Required profile

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to business needs.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about Apple and third‑party products.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented retail environment.

Required skills
