Seasonal Package Handler (Sat‑Sun‑Mon)

About the role

Join Intelcom | Dragonfly’s fast‑paced warehouse team as a Seasonal Package Handler. You’ll work on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, helping to unload, sort and stage parcels for delivery across our network of sorting stations.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Manually load freight onto manual and powered conveyors.
• Use power or manual jacks to organize shipments and feed sort lines (training and certification required).
• Arrange the sort setup according to the sort plan, scan and handle parcels, and operate handheld devices.
• Place packages in designated areas for delivery or line‑haul teams.
• Stage sorted freight in the load‑out area following station layout.
• Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and packages.
• Validate scanned freight to reduce mis‑sorts and perform cleaning, housekeeping and safety inspections.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) repeatedly.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, shift‑based warehouse environment.
• Availability for a minimum of three days per week, including two weekdays and one weekend day.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to follow safety procedures.
