About the role

Join a seasonal customer service team that assists a major client with holiday orders from the comfort of your home. You will handle inbound calls, resolve billing and payment questions, and represent the brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support for billing and payment processing inquiries.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Call‑center experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Customer‑service orientation and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Residency in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick and legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
