Seasonal Associate – Customer Service & Salesfloor

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales‑floor operations in our Sainte‑Foy store. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers in finding products, and contribute to a positive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer politely and offer assistance.
• Promote products, locate merchandise, and guide purchase decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and refer complex concerns to management.
• Maintain sales‑floor presentation by stocking, rotating, and pricing merchandise, and setting up displays.
• Handle claims, returns, and secure merchandise while identifying high‑shrink items.
• Receive and stock new inventory, operate equipment safely, and complete required paperwork.
• Perform seasonal duties such as watering and culling plants in the Garden Centre (March‑July), assisting with toys during the holiday period, and supporting bike department in summer, including medium to heavy lifting.
• Perform limited cash handling and manage carry‑in/out transactions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to work a flexible, seasonal schedule.
• Physical capability to lift medium to heavy items and perform outdoor tasks.
