Search Engine Optimization Analyst

About the role

The Digital Marketing team is looking for a seasoned Search Engine Optimization Analyst to lead and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve rankings, and enhance user experience. You will work closely with content creators, technical teams, and external partners to deliver measurable results in a fast‑changing, AI‑influenced landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Implement SEO best practices to increase qualified traffic and revenue.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue metrics.
• Conduct technical and content audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and align SEO strategies with broader marketing and business goals, including AI‑driven search optimization.
• Collaborate with content teams and agencies to create SEO‑driven content, briefs, and internal linking recommendations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO initiatives across internal stakeholders.
• Continuously improve campaigns using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SEO experience in‑house or at an agency managing enterprise clients.
• 3+ years of technical SEO auditing across multiple industries.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush.
• Basic understanding of HTML and WordPress.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
