Script Writer

About the role

The Script Writer is the voice behind Martell Group’s written content, crafting copy, captions, scripts, and other assets that perform across every platform. You will work closely with the Social Producer and Creative Producer to ensure written material aligns with visual direction, platform strategy, and audience expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Write platform‑native captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Threads, creating hooks, CTAs, and engaging structures.
• Develop and refine scripts for YouTube episodes, short‑form videos, and branded content, establishing repeatable frameworks.
• Produce titles, descriptions, and metadata optimized for SEO, AEO, and GEO discoverability.
• Create promotional copy for episode launches, campaigns, newsletters, and paid ads in collaboration with marketing.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while intelligently integrating AI tools to boost efficiency without sacrificing authenticity.
