SAP Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Lead to own the architecture, administration, and operational excellence of our enterprise SAP landscapes. You will work closely with infrastructure, application, cloud, and business teams to ensure high availability, performance, and secure connectivity across SAP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and drive SAP architecture and operational strategies for on‑premise and Azure‑based workloads.
• Manage SAP Basis administration, SAP HANA performance tuning, and system monitoring using SAP Cloud ALM.
• Implement and support SAP RISE PCE environments, ensuring proper connectivity and compliance with operational constraints.
• Lead high‑availability, disaster‑recovery, and system‑refresh activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver SAP platform initiatives on schedule.

Required profile

• 8+ years of SAP Basis administration in large enterprise settings.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP workloads on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of SAP RISE PCE architecture and hybrid cloud integration.
• Proven expertise in SAP HANA administration and performance optimization.
• Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and system refresh processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
