SAP RISE Private Cloud Technical Lead

About the role

Lead daily coordination with internal teams to deliver end‑to‑end technical onboarding and foundation setup for SAP RISE Private Cloud Edition on Azure. You will act as the single technical coordination point across SAP, internal cloud, network, IAM, security teams, system integrators and ServiceNow/ITIL processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own internal tickets and updates for RISE PCE technical onboarding and work‑stream planning (connectivity, identity, operations).
• Coordinate private connectivity: ExpressRoute changes, routing, allow‑lists, DNS forwarding, name resolution, firewall/inspection requirements.
• Drive SSO and provisioning patterns: Microsoft Entra ID ↔ SAP IAS/IPS (SAML/OIDC + SCIM) and align access governance.
• Stand up SAP Cloud ALM integration end‑to‑end, including monitoring hooks, alerting and operational processes.
• Establish SAP BTP foundation: sub‑account/global account setup, entitlements, destinations, connectivity patterns and security baseline.
• Lead ServiceNow ticketing and cross‑team coordination (cloud, network, IAM, security, SOC).
• Define operational handover: runbooks, support model, monitoring/log forwarding, DR connectivity readiness.

Required profile

• Hands‑on or strong delivery leadership experience with SAP Basis and SAP workloads on Azure.
• Deep knowledge of SAP RISE PCE connectivity patterns and constraints.
• Expertise in cloud networking (ExpressRoute, VPN, routing, Private DNS, firewall/NVA, IP planning).
• Proficiency with IAM solutions: Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SAML/OIDC federation, SCIM provisioning.
• Experience implementing SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP foundations.
• Strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, ITIL/ServiceNow processes and documentation/runbooks creation.
