SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant/Instructor

About the role

VectorVue is seeking a full‑time remote SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant/Instructor. The professional will guide clients on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, identify operational inefficiencies, and deliver tailored training to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting on SAP PM configuration and implementation.
• Analyze plant operations to pinpoint maintenance inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with best practices.
• Design, customize, and deliver training programs for SAP PM users.
• Support clients in optimizing their maintenance systems and processes.
• Advise on plant operations management, including planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and overall Maintenance Management.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven approach to solving operational challenges.
• Experience consulting and advising clients on process improvement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client training.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience creating and delivering customized training sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant SAP Plant Maintenance certifications are a plus.
