SAP FICO Senior Associate (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is hiring a bilingual (French and English) SAP FICO Senior Associate in Montreal. As a SAP consulting generalist, you will advise clients on SAP applications, analyse their needs, implement software solutions and provide training and support. The role focuses on SAP FICO and works closely with offshore development resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or assist client engagements within the SAP product suite, emphasising technical development and offshore resources.
• Develop, design, implement and support complex business processes in an SAP environment.
• Design, build, test and deploy SAP FICO technical solutions, with emphasis on RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms).
• Run client workshops to refine business requirements and propose workaround solutions for gaps.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions that integrate finance modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, EAM, SCM).
• Analyse proposals, build recommendations and use data and stakeholder views to support decisions.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French, to support English-speaking clients and colleagues.
• Experience in at least three full SAP FICO project life cycles, with knowledge of integration to other modules.
• Hands-on configuration of SAP ECC or S/4HANA in several FICO submodules.
• Experience translating technical information into business language and leading discussions with senior management.
• Openness to learning new tools and technology trends; accounting designation is an asset.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO solutions, including consulting, designing, implementing and leading consulting engagements.
• Experience assisting clients with SAP FICO implementation and support and improving financial business processes.

The salary range is $84,700 - $134,700, depending on skills, experience, qualifications and location. Variable incentive pay may be available to eligible employees.
